Incorporated in 2011 and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the MVP Sports Foundation, Inc. (MVPSF) is a non-stock, non-profit organization. It is a privately-funded sports development foundation of the MVP Group of Companies focused on helping its chosen sports: badminton, basketball, boxing, cycling, football, golf, taekwondo, rugby, and weightlifting. The MVPSF was established to support sports programs through funding and on more importantly, give its feedback and technical advice to help and improve current sports practices used in the programs it supports.
More specifically, MVPSF programs are geared towards the advancement of:
(i) Elite Athletes and National Teams;
(ii) Developmental Athletes/Junior National Teams;
(iii) Talent Identification platforms and;
(iv) Grassroots Programs.
The MVPSF is a partner of the National Sports Associations (NSA) of the aforementioned sports as well as the Department of Education (DepEd) for the Palarong Pambansa.
