Globe Philippine Volcanoes finish strong in Korea

Grassroots - the future for Philippine Rugby!

The Globe Volcanoes finished three from three on the final day of Round 2 of the Asia Sevens Series in Korea on the weekend. The Volcanoes defeating Malaysia, Chinese Taipei and Sri Lanka showcasing further positive performances for the National Men’s Sevens Program. Preparations begin immediately for the final leg in Sri Lanka in two weeks where the Volcanoes will face China, Sri Lanka and Korea for a Top 3 finish overall for the 2018 Asia Sevens Series. Let’s go Volcanoes! 

Last Saturday, 20 teams across girls and boys participated in the Santos Knight Frank (SKF) Junior Touch and Tackle Festival. A family day in the sun showcasing the future of Philippine Rugby! Teams from Bulacan, Paranaque, Tuloy, SOS Manila, and Miriam College participated for a great day of youth Rugby!
