The MVPSF was created to centralize the sports initiatives of the MVP Group, particularly the National Team Programs that the MVP Group supports. This organization is led by five (5) of the top executives of the MVP Group and four (4) patrons of Philippine Sports, two of which are independent trustees.

- Implement the plans and programs set by the BOT and Chairman of the MVPSF;
- Plan, implement and report all MVPSF projects; and
- Manage the relationships of MVPSF and its partners
