Hidilyn Diaz Bags Silver medal at the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG)

Congratulations to our very own Hidilyn Diaz for bagging a Silver Medal in the ongoing Asain Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashkabat, Turkmenistan.

Diaz, a Rio 2016 Silver Medalist, competed in the 53kg Women's Division. She finished 2nd behind Chinese Weightlifter Liao Quiyun who registered a total score of 208kg from her Snatch and Clean & Jerk totals while Diaz had a total of 204kg. Kristina Sheremetova of Turkmenistan rounded out the Podium placers with a total of 196kg.
