MVPSF Athletes at the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games

The MVP Sports Foundation is well-represented in the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG). Athletes from MVPSF-backed Sports Programs of Taekwondo and Weightlifting will compete for flag and country in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. 

The AIMAG is a pancontinental multi-sport athletic competition which is held every four years. It is the result of the merger between the Asian Indoor Games and the Asian Martial Arts Games and is considered the second largest Asian multi-sport event next only to the Asian Games.

Representing the MVPSF are none other than 2016 Rio Olympians Elaine Alora and Silver Medalist Hidilyn Diaz. In the case of Elaine, she  is competing with 19 other Taekwondo jins under the MVPSF and Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) partnership.
